At some point companies will want to have a way for customers to reply back explaining why they aren’t paying. There are several reasons for that:
- Customers may be unhappy with the service
- They may not be able to actually pay the full amount
- Customers may have been incorrectly charged
Regardless of the reason customers seldom call their debtors proactively explaining why they haven’t pay so companies need to take the first step.
It is with this in mind the we introduced the Settler. The idea is simple: provide a platform where companies and their customers can solve their problems.
